THE “I BELONG, I PARTICIPATE” PROJECT
The “I Belong, I Participate” project promotes robust and vibrant participation of youth and women in local authority decision-making structures and processes in Hwange Rural District Council and Victoria Falls City Council.

EMPOWERING ARTISANS FOR SOCIAL CHANGE PROJECT
The Empowering Artisans for Social Change project enhances economic opportunities for artisans and drives social change by promoting equality and environmental stewardship within the craft curio market.

HWANGE DISTRICT INCLUSIVE GOVERNANCE AND OUTREACH (HIRGO)
The HIRGO project empowers youth in Victoria Falls and Hwange Rural by equipping them with leadership skills, advocacy training, and sustainable livelihood opportunities to engage in natural resource governance.
Objectives

To enhance the youth’s meaningful participation in socio-economic and political issues in Zimbabwe.

To promote the protection and advancement of social, economic and cultural rights for youths and marginalized communities.

To promote the effective participation of youth in tourism, environmental conservation and natural resource governance.

To inculcate a culture of fairness, self-determination and inclusion of girls and women in household, community and national decision-making processes.

To mainstream the adoption of new technologies in promoting holistic youth development in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
